Refund & Cancellation Policy – Healthy Jar
At Healthy Jar (https://healthyjar.in), we value your trust and ensure that all our dry fruits are packed fresh and delivered with care. Since our products are perishable in nature, our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
- Once the order is processed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- If payment has been made and the order is cancelled in time, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
2. Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video of the package and product).
Not eligible for return/refund:
- Products that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with.
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side (wrong/damaged product).
- In case of COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer after confirmation.
4. Non-Delivery or Delayed Delivery
- If your order is not delivered within the promised timeframe, please contact us at support@healthyjar.in.
- We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue.
- In rare cases of non-delivery, a full refund will be issued.
